Bigfoot Sponsors

Current Primary Sponsors:

Firestone has sponsored the Bigfoot monster truck team since 1991, with the partnership solidifying over decades to include specialized tires and branded truck bodies starting in 1997. Firestone became a primary sponsor after Ford ended its 23-year sponsorship in 2007, and the team frequently runs Firestone-themed trucks, such as the Firestone Wilderness (1997) and Firestone Destination  2003).

Summit Racing Equipment has sponsored the Bigfoot monster truck team since 2006. The partnership involves running dedicated "Summit Bigfoot" branded bodies on various trucks.

Odyssey Battery (by EnerSys) began using their batteries in BIGFOOT trucks in 2001, but the formal, high-profile sponsorship and creation of the all-electric "Odyssey Battery Bigfoot" (#20) began in 2012. This partnership led to the unveiling of the world's first electric monster truck at the 2012 SEMA Show.

Hedman Hedders became the first-ever sponsor of the BIGFOOT monster truck in 1977.

PPG (specifically PPG Refinish) has had a long-standing relationship with BIGFOOT 4x4, Inc., providing paint for the trucks since at least the late 1980s or early 1990s.

Trick Flow Specialties has sponsored the BIGFOOT monster truck team since around 2014, particularly appearing as a sponsor on trucks showcased at events like the Summit Racing Equipment Atlanta Motorama in April 2014.

This sponsorship coincided with the 40th anniversary of the BIGFOOT team, often alongside Summit Racing's own sponsorship of the truck.

Former Sponsors:

Playskool sponsored and produced toys for the Bigfoot monster truck primarily between 1983 and 1985.

Goodyear began its association with the Bigfoot monster truck around 1982, when Bigfoot II debuted featuring 66-inch-tall Goodyear Terra tires. These tires, originally designed for farm equipment, became an industry standard for monster trucks after being utilized by Bigfoot, establishing a long-term technical partnership.

While Ford Motor Company was a major sponsor for the truck itself starting in 1983, Goodyear's relationship was primary in supplying the specialized, record-setting tires.

Goodyear tires continued to be featured on various Bigfoot trucks throughout the 1980s as the sport grew.

Ford Motor Company sponsored Bigfoot 4x4x4 from 1983 until 2005. This partnership began as Bigfoot's first major sponsorship, helping transition the sport from a hobby into a professional industry. The collaboration was ideal as the original truck was built from a 1974 Ford F-250.

McDonald's sponsored and released a line of Bigfoot monster truck Happy Meal toys in 1987
