Mike Whitt was one of the owners and drivers of Stomper & Stomper Bully out of Mount Washington, Kentucky. He also ran Micro Machines on his Stomper chassis for a few shows, but mostly for a parade. He started driving Stomper Bully for TNT Motorsports in 1984.

He drove Bigfoot 4 at least once in 1992.
