Bigfoot 10
Built by Bigfoot in 1992.
Still owned by Bigfoot, this truck is now the display truck at Bigfoot Plaza at the gateway to Pacific, MO next to City Hall on the Eastbound exit of I-44.
BIGFOOT #10 was the product of more than 700 hours of computer design work, done by Bob Chandler. It was the next step in truck design after BIGFOOT #8 and #9. The engine was moved to behind the driver and the suspension was redesigned to allow for more than 30” of suspension travel. The truck debuted at the St. Louis Arena on January 31, 1992. BIGFOOT #10 captured the 1992 Special Events Penda Points Series Championship. In 1992, in took 2nd place, behind BIGFOOT #11. In 1999 it won the Checkered Flag Points Championship. After over 23 years of competition, in 2015 BIGFOOT #10 was retired. However, this truck got a new life in 2020 when it was put on permanent display at the BIGFOOT Plaza in front of Pacific City Hall, just off of the historic Route 66 (I-44) as Pacific BIGFOOT!
