In 2003, it was to be a series of builds between Bigfoot and Ford (like the cruiser series was some years before). The deal fell through, so this was the only full truck built (suspension lift, tires, etc). 

Shortly after the F250 was finished the deal fell through and neither the Ranger nor F150 were produced.
