Dan is widely considered to be the best that the monster truck industry has ever seen. Dan “The Man”, as he is known, started out at BIGFOOT as a crew member and ended up loving it so much that he moved his way up through the ranks and became Team BIGFOOT’s most daring and accomplished driver ... ever.  Dan has won an astonishing 14 National Championships and has been MTRA’s Driver of the Year 6 times!  Dan is most proud of his Guinness monster truck long jump record that he did in 2012, in which he jumped BIGFOOT 214’8”!  He has owned this record for the better part of 15 years, covering multiple jump distances. One of these attempts was all the way back in 1999, when he jumped a 727 airplane.  He held the fastest monster truck in the 1/8 mile at 86.56 mph.  Dan’s favorite places to perform in BIGFOOT are at the former Firebird Raceway in Arizona and at the fairgrounds in Bloomsburg, PA and Indianapolis, IN.  Meeting new people and competing in real racing is what he liked most about being a BIGFOOT driver.  Dan was simply the best in the industry, but he never forgot that his fans were the most important part!  Dan passed away in 2025, but will always be remembered as the not only the face of BIGFOOT but also as a great friend.
