On July 28 Bob and BIGFOOT meet up with some new friends to do a little mudbogging in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. Everett Jasmer, and the future USA-1. The pair strike up a friendship (and occasional rivalry) that lasts to this day.

On October 20th Bob and BIGFOOT make the first of many appearances at the Pontiac Silverdome for a Truck-O-Rama truck pull.
