Sky Hartley
Sky Hartley is a retired monster truck driver and is the original driver of Sting. In the 1990's, he started working for and driving Bigfoot, specifically 3, 4, 8, 9, and 10. Trucks he drove under Bigfoot include Hollywood Hogan, Snake Bite, and Stinger.
In 2000, he joined Monster Jam to drive their own Sting truck, debuting at the Uniondale show in mid February. He is the only person to have driven both WCW-sponsored Sting trucks. He drove it at Monster Jam World Finals 1, famously destroying the body in freestyle. Sky also drove Grave Digger once during Bangor, Maine in June of 2000.
He left Monster Jam by the end of 2000 to return to Bigfoot, so Tony Farrell drove Sting for the 2001 season until its retirement. Sky returned to Monster Jam briefly in 2002 to drive Little Tiger for Brian Barthel, and in 2013 to drive Nitro Hornet in Phoenix. He wouldn't be able to freestyle though, Daron Basl would cover for him. Currently, he is a truck driver, outside of monster trucks.

Which BIGFOOT trucks did you drive? 3, 4, 8, 9, and 10
What was your favorite BIGFOOT truck and why? BIGFOOT 10. When I started driving it, it had the cantilever suspension, then went to straight shocks and it had the cool in-frame exhaust.
What was the highlight of your BIGFOOT career? Driving all the different BIGFOOT bodies and character bodies.
Is there anything you wish you could have done in your BIGFOOT driving career? Win some sort of championship.
Is there a particular truck in today’s BIGFOOT fleet you wish you could drive? Any of the newer trucks. The technology has come a long way.
What do/don’t you miss about being a BIGFOOT driver? I miss putting smiles on all the fans faces!
Any advice you would give a rookie? Listen to your veteran drivers when they give you advice.
What do you do for a living? Truck driver.
What have you been doing since you left BIGFOOT? Raising my kids as a single dad.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? Just hanging out with family and friends.
